Booking Process
To book entertainment for your event, just follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out via our contact page.
- Provide Information: Your Events Manager will send a Booking Form requesting details such as:
- Contract and billing info
- Venue name and address
- Artist/service details and requirements
- Event schedule and contact info
Agreement: All bookings are subject to a contract and applicable riders. Fees are exclusive of taxes (unless stated), and subject to VAT where applicable.
Deposit & Payment: A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due 24 hours before the event unless agreed otherwise. Payment terms may vary depending on the artist or service.
Secure Your Booking: Once the contract is issued, your booking is confirmed. You can update us with any changes or queries at any time, and we can arrange direct communication with the act if needed.

Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation: your deposit is non refundable, the rest of your fee is refundable unless cancelled less than 24 hours before a gig.
Act Cancellation: If the act cancels, we’ll quickly find a replacement to ensure your event goes ahead as planned or offer a full refund if requested.
Act Requirements
Most acts bring their own equipment (PA system, lighting, etc. - this will be confirmed as part of the booking).
We ask that you provide a suitable performance area, a private room for the act, and basic hospitality. Any special requirements will be discussed before booking.
